This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the main beach area and just across the square from a big shopping centre and spa. the room is quite modern and comfortable with a nice bathroom and the service is friendly and helpful. the breakfast is really good with options for everyone and the coffee is great. There are some good facilities and advantages including a range of activities available to book through the hotel staff and options for different types of rooms.

The parking attendant was not very welcoming or helpful.

The staff provided top-notch service, from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. They were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English, which made our communication easy. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the various amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar. this place exceeded our expectations and provided a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel staff were really friendly. The restaurant had a great breakfast selection and we loved dining on the outdoor veranda. the location was ideal for exploring the city and the hotel had great security measures in place.

The parking was not free and we were not aware of the city tax until check-in. The building layout was confusing and we had trouble finding our room.

the room was very noisy due to the beeping of the lifts that were situated right behind the walls.
